Import the SFProd extract
Upload the company’s SFProd Extract (.xlsx) as it comes, all sheets. Every sheet with an APPL_NO column is read; an application listed twice (e.g. ISSUED and SEPT ISSUED) counts once, at its furthest status. Each is matched on its application no. (or, for one logged without it, on the agent and insured): its status, policy no., issue date, amounts and remarks are updated, and any not logged in the hub are added. Nothing is deleted.
